BetterBooker is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides appointment booking and job management tools for tradesmen and service businesses. The Service includes online booking pages, calendar management, customer management, SMS and email notifications, and related features.

The Service, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is owned by BetterBooker and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

8. Availability & Support

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime.

9. Limitation of Liability
